Shipping

What does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping around the world. All the shipping costs are included in our prices, no minimum order.

How long does it take?

Most of our orders reach their destination within 7 to 30 days. This all depends on the country where you order from. In some cases, we have had parcels getting stuck at customs and end up taking longer, though this does not happen very often.

I only received part of my order, what now?

If you placed a big order and you only received some of the items, please do not be alarmed. The ordering process and timeline differ from supplier to supplier. Because of this some of the items can be fulfilled quicker than others. We send them off as soon as possible and won't allow one of the items to hold up the entire order. The other items will be sent in another shipment as soon as they are ready.
